Everything you need to take bookings, collect deposits, and get paid — from setup to your first client.
1.Getting Started
BookedMe gives you a personal booking page your clients can use to book and pay a deposit — no phone tag, no no-shows. You manage everything from your dashboard.
Go to the BookedMe site and click Sign Up to create your account.
Sign in any time from the login page with your email and password.
The sign-in page. Use the Sign Up tab the first time.
Install it like an app: on your phone, the dashboard can be added to your home screen. Android shows an Install App button; on iPhone use Safari's Share → Add to Home Screen.
2.Your Dashboard
After signing in you land on your dashboard — today's appointments, quick stats, and your personal booking link are all here.
The dashboard home. Your shareable booking link is in the left sidebar.
The sidebar is your main navigation: Bookings, Clients, Services, Availability, Revenue, Messages, and Profile.
3.Set Up Your Services
Services are what clients pick when they book. For each one you set a name, description, duration, price, and (optionally) a per-service deposit.
Add or edit services. Toggle a service off to hide it from your booking page without deleting it.
Duration controls how much time gets blocked on your calendar.
Deposit is charged at booking; the rest is collected at the appointment.
Clients can select more than one service in a single booking — durations and prices add up automatically.
4.Set Your Availability
Tell BookedMe when you work. Clients only see time slots inside these hours, and existing bookings block their time automatically.
Set weekly working hours. Days without hours show as unavailable to clients.
5.Share Your Booking Page
Your booking page is where clients pick services, choose a time, and pay their deposit. Share the link (from your dashboard sidebar) on Instagram, your website, or via text.
What clients see. They pick services, a time, enter their details, and pay the deposit to confirm.
When a client books:
They choose service(s) and an open time slot.
They pay the deposit by card. The booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
You both get a confirmation email, and the appointment appears in your dashboard.
6.Manage Bookings & Collect Payment
The Bookings page lists every appointment with its status and payment state.
All bookings at a glance — status, deposit, and balance.
Click any booking to open its detail view:
The booking detail. Every way to collect the remaining balance is one tap away.
Collecting the remaining balance
Payment QR — show the QR code at the appointment; the client scans and pays on their own phone.
Email / Copy Payment Link — send the client a secure payment link.
Accept Card Payment — type the client's card in right from your dashboard.
Mark as Paid — client paid cash or check? Record it here.
Other actions
Refund Payment — refunds a card payment back to the client (cash payments marked paid can't be refunded through BookedMe).
Cancel Booking — cancels and automatically refunds the deposit.
Mark No-Show — flags clients who didn't show; the deposit is kept.
7.Clients
Every person who books is saved to your client list automatically, with visit history and contact details.
Your client list builds itself from bookings.
8.Messages
If you enable messages on your profile, clients can send you a note from your booking page. Reply right from the dashboard.
Client messages with one-click replies.
9.Revenue & Getting Paid
The Revenue page shows earnings over time. Payments go to your own Stripe account — BookedMe walks you through connecting it the first time (takes a few minutes, needs your bank details).
Track deposits, balances, and totals over time.
Deposits and card payments are paid out by Stripe on a rolling schedule directly to your bank account.
10.Your Profile & Branding
The Profile page controls how your booking page looks: photo, headline, bio, brand color, gallery, social links, and policies like requiring a phone number.
Everything about your public page — branding, links, and booking requirements.
